Developed with direct input from petrochemical safety officers, the Frontline 300 provides an innovative, single-fabric solution for combined chemical and flash-fire protection, including exceptional radiant heat resistance.

    Incorporating the same proven chemical protection as Kappler’s Zytron 300 series, the Frontline 300 delivers excellent holdout against common petrochemical hazards while also shielding wearers from radiant heat during flash-fire scenarios. When tested using the Pyroman Thermal Manikin system at NC State University—replicating real-world conditions with 1900°F flames—the Frontline 300 ensemble demonstrated less than 1% predicted body burn, offering best-in-class survivability performance.
