    The Kappler Frontline® 500 is the go-to suit for hazmat professionals and emergency responders facing multi-threat environments. Certified to NFPA 1991, this chemical suit delivers three-way protection:
    1. Chemical holdout for industrial and hazmat incidents
    2. Flame resistance for flash-fire protection
    3. Radiant heat shielding in extreme thermal conditions

    Built with single-suit simplicity, the Frontline 500 eliminates the need for cumbersome two-suit NFPA 1991 configurations—giving responders superior mobility and faster deployment.

    To ensure optimal heat survivability, Kappler subjected the suit to the Pyroman Thermal Manikin Test—a real-world flash-fire simulation up to 1900°F. Frontline 500 achieved a 0% body burn rating, proving its life-saving reliability under extreme conditions.
