The MCX-32 is a multi-channel integrated control system with 64-channel capacity featuring a large LCD touch-screen user interface. It supports analog, digital, and Modbus RTU serial inputs with auto-configuration capability and field expandability. The system accepts gas sensors for toxic gas, combustible gas, and oxygen deficiency detection, plus field devices for liquid level, temperature, pressure, and flow monitoring. Four standard I/O modules are available: 4-channel 4-20mA input (DA-4), 4-alarm relay output (RL-4), 4-channel 4-20mA output (AO-4), and 4-relay contact input (DI-4). Features include real-time LCD display, up to 3 alarm levels per input, data logging (alarms, calibrations, faults, peak/average readings), 10/100 BaseT Ethernet port for remote monitoring, and RS-485 Modbus RTU slave port. Lightning and over-voltage protection are standard. Available in four enclosure options: NEMA 1 panel mount, NEMA 1 rack mount, NEMA 4X epoxy fiberglass, and NEMA 4X 316 stainless steel. Powered by 110-230 VAC or 24 VDC. Designed for indoor installation.
