    40 in E3 spreader for massive openings

    The HURST M 40 E3 Spreader—often called “The Mammoth”—is built to create very large openings with a single, decisive move. Its 40.1 in spreading distance lets crews rapidly move or separate major structural components, making it an excellent choice for heavy rescue, large vehicles and complex entrapments.

    Like other E3 tools, the M 40 integrates a smart dashboard that provides live tool feedback, including power output and battery status. The watertight single-cylinder body design and optional saltwater-capable batteries support operations in rain, flooding and even submerged scenarios, without sacrificing control or visibility.

    Integrated squeezing plates and “Shark Tooth” removable tips give operators multiple options for gripping, peeling and spreading high-strength materials. Despite its size, the spreader remains well-balanced and is packaged with Li-ion batteries and a charger so it’s ready for big jobs right out of the box.
