    Description

    SUGV (Small Unmanned Ground Vehicle)

    FLIR

The FLIR SUGV (Small Unmanned Ground Vehicle) is a lightweight, man-portable robot engineered for dismounted operations including EOD, CBRN, reconnaissance, and HazMat response. Compact and agile, it offers powerful capabilities in a small, rugged frame ideal for urban and tactical environments.

Weighing just 30 lb (13 kg) with batteries and a manipulator arm installed, SUGV can be carried in a standard pack with 9” x 28” clearance, making it easy to deploy on foot. Once deployed, it delivers six hours of operational runtime and impressive dexterity, capable of lifting up to 22 lb (10 kg).

SUGV’s advanced vision suite includes wide-angle color, infrared, and zoom cameras, delivering real-time situational awareness while keeping operators at a safe distance. It can climb stairs, traverse tight spaces, and support a broad array of tools, disruptors, and sensor payloads.

    PORTABLE AND RAPIDLY DEPLOYABLE

Weighs about 30 lb (13.6 kg) with the manipulator and batteries installed.

CONTROLLABLE FROM THE UPOINT MULT-ROBOT CONTROL SYSTEM

Using the touchscreen-based ruggedized tablet controller, an operator can select from across the family of connected robots.

    STRONG, DEXTEROUS MANIPULATION

The manipulator lifts up to 22 lb (10 kg) and rotates a continuous 360 degrees. Supports optional disrupters.

    SUPERIOR COMMUNICATIONS/h4>

The MPU5 radio operating on the Wave Relay MANET, allows the robot to penetrate deeper into complex structures and further downrange than ever before.

    POWERFUL MULTI-SENSOR CAPABILITY

Four color cameras with zoom and illumination, plus audio capability are integrated into FirstLook. Optional CBRN/ HazMat sensors available.
