The Synthetic Opioid Safety (SOS) Kit by First Line Technology is a purpose-built field kit designed to protect patrol officers, narcotics agents, EMS, and other public safety professionals from accidental exposure to fentanyl and other synthetic opioids. Whether encountered during a traffic stop, overdose call, or drug seizure, the SOS Kit provides the essential gear and guidance to respond safely and effectively.
Each kit includes NIOSH-recommended PPE for moderate exposure risk, along with a Shower Bottle Cap that threads onto standard disposable water bottles—allowing responders to flush away loose powder from the victim before exposure can occur. A Synthetic Opioid Safety Reference Guide is also included, offering step-by-step instructions for proper donning, decontamination, and field application.
