Each kit includes three laminated foil pouches of proprietary powdered chemistry, designed for mixing at point of use with locally available water—fresh, brackish, or saltwater. Once activated, the solution provides over 8 hours of effective use life, ensuring sustained operational capability in extended missions. The Decon PLUS formulation replaces hazardous solvents with a custom surfactant blend that aggressively neutralizes a wide spectrum of chemical warfare agents and biological contaminants.
