The SA-32 probe is designed for measurement of surface contamination and is compatible with CSP meters including Radiagem, MIP-10 Digital, Avior, and Colibri devices. Features a 32 cm² ZnS(Ag) scintillation detector ideal for direct measurement of alpha emitters on glove boxes and small areas. The probe includes integrated hardware circuitry with high voltage power supply, amplifier, and discriminator. It offers very low sensitivity to neutron and gamma fields to minimize false positive alarms. The robust design features a screwed-on grid that is simple to decontaminate and an easy-to-change scintillator. Calibration is performed via PC software, and the probe can operate as a plug-and-play device or as part of a larger integrated system via CSP-COM communication module with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, RS-485, Ethernet, or RF connectivity.
