We ship from Universal City, Texas and Golden, Colorado by FedEx. Shipping is calculated at checkout from FedEx’s live rates for your address. In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), and transit within the continental United States is typically 1–5 business days.
Calibration gas cylinders are regulated hazardous materials. They ship FedEx Ground only within the United States, and a $60 hazmat handling fee applies per order. The fee is waived when you choose local pickup at our Texas or Colorado location.
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. For international orders, request a quote and we will confirm shipping options.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. To start a return, email sales@farrwest.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Calibration gas cylinders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items that arrive damaged or defective are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us at sales@farrwest.com or (210) 566-1857 and we will arrange a repair, replacement or RMA.
