The L-FAK (Lumbar First Aid Kit) is one of North American Rescue’s most compact personal first aid kit platforms, designed for wear at the small of the back. It empowers First Responders with rapid access to life-saving medical equipment without consuming MOLLE real-estate needed for priority items like tasers, ammo, or communications. The kit features a 500-denier exterior carrier with MOLLE attachment and a 420-denier nylon inner carrier that opens with a single tab pull for rapid one-handed access. Multiple elastic loops secure medical gear. Available in Basic, Basic with Combat Gauze, and Advanced versions with carrying options for belt or vest. Kit includes wound packing gauze, chest seals, ETD dressing, and bear claw gloves. This is a prescription device requiring customer verification of regulatory compliance.
