The Shield Trauma Kit is a low-profile, purpose-built trauma kit designed for those who carry a firearm but not body armor. At 4″ × 6″ × 1″, it fits in jacket pockets, ankle holsters, or bags and remains invisible until needed. Fully waterproof with RF-welded vinyl construction, the STK focuses on massive hemorrhage control—the leading cause of preventable death in traumatic injury. Includes hemostatic gauze, SWAT-T secondary tourniquet, and medical tape. Configurable with optional tourniquets (SOF-T Wide Gen 4 or CAT Gen 7) and accessories. Made in America, TAA and Berry Amendment compliant. Available through GSA, DAPA, ECAT, and FedMall procurement channels.
