The SMC Micro U-Rack assembly is the smallest and lightest of all SMC Rappel Racks. The design is based on the same principles of proven NFPA Rappel Racks but is more suited for sport climbing and caving expeditions. This device is ideal for either a long rappel or lowering as it evenly distributes the weight between both sides of the rack and does not allow the rope to twist. Features polished stainless steel construction for reliability and long-lasting service. MBS range is dependent on rope diameters tested from 7mm to 12.5mm.
