    Composition

    Our patented polymer system, graphene-carbon fiber composite, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and 3D-printed ceramic comprise a wide range of material combinations.

    Our standard curve plates will fit all carriers compatible with SAPI and ESAPI multi-curve plates. For female curve plates, we offer covert and overt options for plate carriers from trusted industry partners.


    Comfortability

    With 18 distinct size/curvature combinations, we make hard armor to fit all body shapes and sizes. Compared to soft, semi-structured armor, and minimally curved plates, Extremis armor does not experience the same sort of extreme deformation into the thoracic cavity upon impact.
