    Description

    XRT Suit

    Extended Response Warm-Zone CBRN Suit

The Blauer XRT Suit is part of the Homeland Defender® line, engineered specifically for extended operations in the CBRN warm zone. Certified to NFPA 1994 Class 3 and Class 4, the XRT ensemble protects against liquid, vapor, and particulate CBRN agents at concentrations below IDLH when worn with approved APR/PAPR systems.

Constructed from GORE® CHEMPAK® Selectively-Permeable fabric, the XRT Suit combines proven CBRN protection with high breathability to help manage heat stress during long-duration missions. The lightweight, form-fitting pattern provides exceptional mobility for perimeter security, DECON, warm-zone rescue, and consequence management tasks where speed and agility matter.

A one-piece, front-entry design with an integrated glove system and booties eliminates the need for chemical tape and simplifies donning and doffing. Rugged seam construction and compatibility with tactical-style boots make the XRT Suit a mission-ready option for law enforcement, HAZMAT, and emergency response teams who need reliable CBRN protection without sacrificing comfort or mobility.

Note: The XRT Suit is not flame-resistant and does not provide thermal insulation. Additional FR or thermal PPE must be used where heat or flame hazards are present.

    Features

    • NFPA 1994 Class 3 & 4 certified protection from liquid, vapor, and particulate CBRN hazards at levels below IDLH.

    • GORE® CHEMPAK® Selectively-Permeable fabric provides a breathable CBRN barrier to help reduce heat stress during extended wear.

    • One-piece, front-entry coverall with integrated glove system and booties eliminates the need for chemical tape.

    • Lightweight, tactical fit allows responders to run, climb, and maneuver easily in warm-zone and perimeter operations.

    Warm-Zone Protection

Designed for CBRN environments below IDLH, ideal for perimeter security, DECON, warm-zone rescue, and escape from contaminated areas.

    Breathable Barrier

Selective permeability allows heat and sweat vapor to dissipate away from the body, supporting wear times of up to 8 hours depending on conditions.

    Rapid Deployment

Front-entry design and integrated glove/bootie system support fast self-donning with approved APR/PAPR systems and tactical-style boots.
