Engineered for the harshest wildland conditions, the HAIX Missoula 2.1 delivers the rugged protection and advanced support firefighters depend on. Designed with the performance of a hiking boot and the toughness of NFPA-certified PPE, this boot is flame-, heat-, and electrical hazard (EH) resistant up to 18kv.
The Missoula 2.1 features a durable European bullhide leather upper with double- and triple-stitched seams, built to withstand punishing environments. The Vibram anti-slip sole provides superior traction, comfort, and durability on even the most uneven terrain, while the specialized heel design gives you added grip on steep inclines.
HAIX Airflow System channels moist air out and pulls fresh air in with every step, working in tandem with the machine-washable microfiber insole to keep your feet dry and comfortable throughout the day. The stiff midsole prevents lateral flexing to increase ankle support and reduce the risk of injury on rocky ground.
