Overview
The DS400 and DS404 are docking stations designed for automatic function tests (bump tests), adjustments, and charging of portable gas detection devices including G450, G460, G888, G999, and G222E models. DS400 accepts one test gas input while DS404 accepts up to four. Features include automatic bump testing (max 60 seconds), sensor calibration with test gas (max 4 minutes), integrated pump, charging function for rechargeable batteries, SD card data storage, and RS-485 connectivity. Complies with DGUV information 213-056 (T021), 213-057 (T023), and DIN EN 60079-29-2. Includes configuration software, firmware updates, and certificate/report generators.
