The DM-700-O2 is an intelligent plug-in oxygen deficiency sensor cell designed for the Detcon Model DM-700 gas detection system. It features a galvanic cell technology with dual electrodes functioning as a direct current generator proportional to oxygen absorption. The sensor provides accurate measurements across ranges from 0-100ppm up to 0-25% by volume, with temperature compensation for -20°C to +50°C operation. It includes automatic gas type recognition, LED display output, 4-20mA analog output, and RS-485 Modbus interface. The sensor offers field-replaceable design with gold-plated connections, expected service life of 2.5 years in ambient air, and is factory calibrated with a 2-year warranty. Suitable for Class I Division 1 and ATEX Zone 1 hazardous area applications.
