Overview
The SDM-6100 automates routine service of the GX-6100. Seat the monitor and the station charges the Li-ion pack, runs a bump test or full calibration, and stores the result. Records can be moved to a PC on the included USB flash drive or imported over the LAN.
Connected to a PC with the included software, up to ten SDM-6100 stations can calibrate and bump test at the same time, archive instrument datalogs to a network location, and push configuration settings to GX-6100 units. Three calibration gas ports allow up to three cylinders, so multi-cylinder gas sets for PID or % volume channels can stay connected.
Configurations range from the station alone to complete packages with a demand-flow regulator, cylinder holder and calibration gas, so a fleet can be set up with one order.
