This single-agent detection kit is designed to detect Bacillus anthracis with limit of detection (LOD) ranging from 1.55X10^4-1.6X10^8 cfu/ml (strain dependent). Reactive to BA strains: Vollum, Ames, Sterne, New Hampshire, Maputo, Turkey and USAMRID. Each kit contains everything needed to perform the test with no additional collection/dilution kits or readers required. Features 2-year shelf life from date of manufacture, requires no refrigeration, and works in temperatures up to 120°F. Each box contains 10 pouched tests, instruction sheets, buffer/bottle/dropper tubes, and chain of custody labels.
