Obexion AG is a streamlined solution for manufacturers, recyclers, and suppliers who need to safely store and ship multiple lithium batteries in one certified, reusable container. Advanced clean-handling material eliminates the need for protective breathing gear while packing batteries, and inlays filled with Akkugrain® have been third-party tested and proven to mitigate thermal runaway and lower toxic gases below IDLH levels. The container accommodates lithium-ion and lithium metal batteries of any type, size, or charge level — standalone or in-device, spanning full lifecycle use from prototype and new batteries to end-of-life or damaged/defective/recalled (DDR) batteries — storing up to 260 kg or 9 kWh. Obexion AG is engineered for efficiency with an easy-lock system, lightweight construction, stackable design, and built-in forklift channels for faster handling and better space use. Its durable HDPE body and removable inlays are fully reusable and replaceable (unless a thermal event occurs). Meets P911, P908, and ADR compliance, plus DOT-SP-21619 special permit for LTL shipping.
