The FLIR identiFINDER R500 is a rugged radiation detection device designed for rapid identification of radioactive material at checkpoints, borders, and large cargo screening operations.
The FLIR identiFINDER R500 is the most sensitive radio-isotope identification device (RIID) available, capable of rapidly locating and identifying radioactive material in difficult monitoring scenarios. Features gamma and neutron detection, on-board Bluetooth, web server, and GPS technologies. Produces rapid visible, audible, and tactile alerts. Ideal for truck and cargo checks, large area scanning, and locating shielded sources. Rugged construction (1.0-m drop tested), high resolution detection with low false alarms, and 5-year factory maintenance included.
