Your solution to assess and address chemical hazards swiftly and effectively. Six test papers and strips, sampling tools and an infrared thermometer come in a purpose built custom case with foam inserts, with an online training course and workbook included.
Colorimetric detection papers give responders a basic assessment process at a hazardous materials incident: a way to rule in or rule out potential chemical families and hazards, then couple the result with other assessment tools.
In the kit: 10 x Disposable Spatulas, 10 x Transfer Pipettes, 5 x 0.10mL Mini Sampler and 5 x 0.14mL vials.
Six colorimetric papers and strips. The course applies the principles of basic detection by using colorimetric analysis.
Rule in or rule out potential chemical families and hazards.
The training is a prerequisite or supplement for higher level detection and air space monitoring. Detection papers allow the use of certain detection instruments within a larger detection scheme.
The training is a basic approach, bringing concepts that can be used in the hot zone as well as the warm zone for further chemical analysis. It covers both the use and the pitfalls of this type of detection.
The colorimetric papers and classifier strips at the heart of the kit. The online course walks responders through the kit, the set up and the acid/base threat step by step.
