Overview
The Dräger X-am® 5600 is a compact, robust personal gas monitor featuring innovative infrared sensor technology for detecting explosive, combustible and toxic gases as well as oxygen. With 1-6 gas detection capability, it combines IR and electrochemical sensors for reliable measurements. Water and dustproof (IP67) design with ergonomic construction for single-handed operation. Suitable for confined space entry and personal air monitoring in industrial environments. Sensors include IR Ex/CO2, O2, CO, H2S, NO2, SO2 plus choice of 40+ additional sensors. Operation time exceeds 12 hours on NiMH battery. Compatible with external pump for pre-entry measurements and area monitoring via Dräger X-zone 5500.
